College Intern Training
Organizations can choose from six different modules such as time management, how to create an effective work routine, and emotional regulation/growth mindset. These trainings help to strengthen the executive function skills necessary for a successful transition from college into the working world. EF Ninja works with clients to create outcome-driven content and strategies to address the needs of each cohort of interns.

One of the best ways to get started on a task, AND stick with it, is body doubling. Body doubling is an effective habit that students can build into their routine at any point in their lives.
This weekly group serves as a place to get homework done, plan for the week, or discuss ways to break down assignments that are challenging. Mini lessons are offered as needed on time management, study skills, and how to avoid procrastination.
- Meets Mondays from 7 – 8 pm via Zoom
- Agenda:
- State your intention (what will you work on?)
- Set a timer for 20 minutes of focused work
- 5 minute body movement break (helps restore focus)
- 20 minutes of focused work
- Share what you accomplished
- State your plan for the rest of the evening
$300 per month

This intensive individual coaching session for interns and new employees, is a collaborative effort with input from the mentors and management. It allows me to evaluate current organization and time management habits in the work environment and offer strategies on how to improve them.
Interns and new employees walk away with a clear plan on how to improve necessary executive function skills and move themselves forward toward success.
We can help interns and new employees to:
- Create a distraction free workplace.
- Avoid procrastination pitfalls.
- Develop methods for getting unstuck.
- Learn to prioritize and use their time more efficiently.
- Includes detailed notes and accountability plan.
$300 per Session
